As a westerner this was such a unique, fun, wonderful experience. Terrific flavors, lots of umami. Jellyfish? Yes, it was delicious. Fermented egg, swan, young bamboo shoots egg roll, clam with dumpling, so many flavors new to me. The food was also artful, balanced, and worked with wine.

ずっとずっと行きたいと思っていた紅鶴さん。 四年前にここの社長と出逢う事があり、名刺を交換させて頂きました。 必ず行きますと言いつつ、今の今まで掛かってしまい大変申し訳ない笑 外もカッコ良いんですが、店内もとても綺麗！ 何より嬉しかったのはトイレが綺麗！！ いやはや、こういう気遣いが当たり前だとも思いますが、昨今そうでもないお店って多々あります。 さて、お料理について詳しくは写真の説明に書きましたので省略します。 …だがしかし。 これだけは言わせてもらいたい。 『チャーハン、マジで神。』 冗談抜きで。 いやこれマジで。 ただ、ラーメン屋さんのチャーハンと思って行くと値段にビビりますのであしからず。 (1,000円では食べれません…。) でもね、これは是非とも一度食べて欲しい。 ほんまに美味くて、シェアしたのを後悔したレベル笑 最後に社長が外でご挨拶してくれました。 流石に憶えていてはくれませんでしたが笑 それでも気さくにお話ししてくださって嬉しかった 必ずまた来ます！ というか、今月また来ますねー！！
